Move in Schedule

• Move in begins Monday, February 1st and must be concluded by Noon on Thursday, February, 4th.

• Refer to the move-in chart in the Exhibitor Manual on PAGE 6 for specific move-in times.

Show Rates

ALL SPACES INCLUDE: Listing on the Utah Boat Show website and listing in the official show/buyers guide and admit one ticket for your special customers.
We accept checks or credit cards (3.5% convenience fee for credit cards). Exhibitor are responsible for all city, state, local license fees, taxes, off-site sales and license permits.

Boat Accessory Rates

10×10 – $1,695
10×20 – $3,390
10×30 – $5,085
20×20 – $6,780
20×30 – $10,170
*Add $150 for each 10×10 corner.

Accessory booths include: 8’ back drape & 3’ side rail
All floors must be covered and all tables skirted.
Space does not include carpet, power, internet or phone. Check the exhibitor manual for details.

1,000 sq. ft. min – $15.00/sq. ft.
2,001 sq. ft. min – $7.75/sq. ft.
3,001 sq. ft. min – $6.95/sq. ft.
4,001 sq. ft. min – $6.75/sq. ft.
5,001 sq. ft. min – $6.25/sq. ft.
6,001 sq. ft. min – $5.85/sq. ft.
