Move in Schedule
• Move in begins Monday, February 15th and must be concluded by Noon on Thursday, February 18th.
Refer to the move-in chart in the Exhibitor Manual on Page 6 for specific move-in times.
Show Rates
ALL SPACES INCLUDE: Listing on the Utah RV Show website and listing in the official show/buyers guide received by attendees at the event and admit one ticket for your special customers.
We accept checks or credit cards (3.5% convenience fee for credit cards). Exhibitor is responsible for all city, state, local license fees, taxes, off site sales, and license permits.
RV Accessory Booth Rates
Booth spaces are located in the lobby and are reserved for RV accessories, hunting and fishing guides and outfitters, County tourism, resorts, travel destinations, RV parks and campsites, outdoor gear, sporting goods, motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, bikes, trucks, towing vehicles, sand rails, electric carts and all outdoor gear related to the recreation industry.
Accessory booths include: 8’ back drape 3’ side rail.
All tables must be skirted
Space does not include carpet, power, internet or phone. Check the exhibitor manual for details
